新媒体给予健康教育更多的手段，尤其是在突发公共卫生事件中，新媒体更是凸显了其传播的优势，因此，健康教育需要进一步转型，充分利用传播学方法结合人群特征开展工作，促进人类健康。12320作为立体服务网络，兼顾具有新旧媒体的传播优势，势必在健康传播工作中发挥更大作用。

New media makes health education more methods. Especially in the emergent public health events, new media is highlighted its communication advantage, so health education needs to be further transformation and work by the full-use of communication method in combination with the characteristics of population to promote human health. As a plat with hotline SMS, network, fax and videos, 12320 hotline has the advantages of old and new media spreading and would play a greater role in health communication work.
