国际健康促进联盟(IUHPE)会员，国际职业卫生学会会员，工作中社会心理专业委员会(WOPS)委员，全国职业卫生学会分会委员，上海医学会职业与环境医学分会副主任；
 

工作场所健康促进，职业紧张与心理健康，社区慢性病防治，健康城市运行模式 ；
 

长期从事临床医学专业预防医学的教学与科研工作，主持与参与过多项省部级课题，如上海医学发展基金“职业紧张评估模型开发与早期健康效应研究(2006021)”。十一五国家支撑计划“高血压/脑卒中病人心理健康问题的早期识别、预警与干预研究(2009BAI77B06)”等。为西部健康城市项目提供技术支持，为攀枝花健康城市创建提供基础评估、创建效果评价，为开展了西部健康城市运行模式研究。

在职业紧张与心理健康，工作场所健康促进与慢性病防治，及健康城市创建等研究方面积累了丰富的经验。多次受邀请参与国际学术会议报告，进行交流与研讨。

近年来发表论文40余篇，学术专著1部，参编多部教材，包括人民卫生出版社的规划教材。指导与毕业的硕士研究生已10余位。
